HALO, Sterling, IL, recently announced a change to the company’s Human Resources leadership.
Kimberly Sandifer has been promoted to chief human resources officer. Sandier will report to HALO CEO Marc Simon. Sandifer has three decades of HR and business experience, previously working with operations and HR roles with progressive responsibility at Chubb, Ulta Beauty, and CNA.
Sandifer most recently led HALO’s HR Business Partner team, and worked shoulder to shoulder with HALO’s previous CHRO in building what is quickly becoming best-in-class human resources function.
“Over the past two years, Kim has established great credibility with the executive team, and we have been intentionally developing her to take over when the time was right,” Simon said. “Kim will lead a department she helped to build. I couldn’t be more pleased to have her as my partner.”
